Way too hot!!!!! From spring to autumn, as soon as the temperature exceeds 25°, it's hell! The “air circulation” installed recently changes nothing! It's really useless. For a plot of land at €110 during the most popular times, that's a high price to pay. Plus they found a way to increase the price when nothing was going well. Great commercial operation. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I booked on the Five de Décines Charpieu website, but when I arrived there, the person at reception questioned my payment and asked me to pay again (despite proof of payment! ). I found this very unpleasant and disrespectful, especially since I was sampled twice! I didn't like the way she spoke to me (she still started screaming at me like a hysteric) and the way she handled the situation. I think she should be more professional and more attentive to customers. It’s a shame, because the sports complex is well equipped and offers a variety of activities. I hope this problem will be resolved quickly and that I can enjoy normally without worry next time. Ps: I put whatever I want as a pseudonym on the application.
